Travel subbuteo
Today I managed the first hobby Falco subbuteo seen in the environs from my car at nearby Hutton Cranswick - pic from last year. Elsewhere the immature female marsh harrier has been seen on several occasions along the river. Garden wrblers continued to be order of the day with a good range of sitting wildfowl. Swifts reached huge numbers on Sunday with a spread of swallows, sand and house martins too. Great-spotted woodpecker gave some interesting photo opportunities above, along with a willow warbler, peacock butterfly and the moorhen family.
